1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

2 cups broccoli florets

2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup oyster sauce

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 cup beef broth or water

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

2 green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth or water. Set aside.

2. Cook the Ramen:

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.

3. Cook the Beef:

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the thinly sliced flank steak and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

4. Cook the Broccoli:

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

5. Cook the Aromatics:

Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

6. Combine Everything:

Return the beef and broccoli to the skillet.

Pour in the sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.

Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

7. Add the Noodles:

Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef, broccoli, and sauce.

8. Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve immediately.
