Creamy Steak Fettuccine recipe 500

Ingredients:

1 lb fettuccine pasta

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into thin strips

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Steak:

Season the steak strips with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes until it starts to thicken.

Add the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

4. Combine Pasta and Steak:

Add the cooked fettuccine and the steak strips back into the skillet.

Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and the steak is evenly distributed.

Add the butter and stir until melted and combined.

5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy steak fettuccine!

This dish pairs well with a side salad and some garlic bread. Enjoy your meal!
